Morgan Stanley - Maintenance

Forest NJ provided ongoing tele-data tasks and maintenance for Morgan Stanley’s facilities.

Value Delivered

Morgan Stanley contracted Forest Electric New Jersey (Forest NJ) to efficiently perform daily tele-data tasks and maintenance.

Forest NJ leveraged prior experience with the client’s facilities to help fulfill their ongoing needs. We assigned a project manager to work full-time with the client’s facility management team. They worked closely with our electricians to help reduce client cost and risk. To help keep projects under budget, we performed cost estimates and analysis.
