As Vice President of Business Development at Forest NJ, Robert builds on years of experience working with demanding Fortune 500 companies to foster strong relationships with many New York and New Jersey engineering firms. He is well-versed in helping clients develop Critical Path methods along with value engineering to help them reduce cost, deliver the job on time and under budget, and exceed client goals.


Robert has over 40 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. He began his career after completing the IBEW Local 3 training program, then attended The State University of New York at night while progressing through a number of roles, including Sub-Foreman, Foreman, General Foreman, and Account Executive. Throughout the course of his career, Robert has steadily managed and acquired demanding clients as well as overseen multiple projects and accounts requiring over 200 electricians on a 24/7 basis for multiple-year durations. He has worked with high-profile clients like Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Tishman Speyer Properties, Pfizer, and others on a regular basis.

Before going the Forest NJ team, Robert was the Director of Business Development and General Manager of two large New Jersey electrical firms.

Robert enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and organizing his wine group as they attempt to perfect homemade wine.
